WHERE IT BEGAN
A close-knit family of women
For our founder, Manjusha, those everyday conversations were with her six sisters. Growing up surrounded by women meant beauty rituals, skincare tips and homemade remedies
were always part of daily life.
Like many women, they spent years trying products that promised the world but delivered very little - filled with ingredients they couldn’t pronounce and results they couldn’t truly trust. Instead of continuing the search, they decided to create it themselves.
FROM KITCHEN TO BRAND
A project made with honesty and love
Manjusha began experimenting with thoughtfully chosen ingredients and time-honoured formulations, making small batches for her sisters and family. There was no business plan — just a desire to create products they could wholeheartedly believe in.
One person stood firmly beside her every step of the way: her husband, Dhiraj. His constant encouragement and unwavering support gave Manjusha the confidence to dream bigger — and so a heartfelt family project slowly grew into Shashtika.
The name Shashtika is inspired bythe beautiful bond of six sisters— their love, trust, strength andtogetherness.
